Appointments and Scheduling

• Arrive at the scheduled time or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Pay for services rendered according to our payment terms.

Payment for services is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. For online purchases, payment is required at the time of order.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Some services may require a deposit. All prices are in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which will be added to your total amount due.

If you dispute any charges, you must contact us within 30 days of the date of service or purchase.

Service Warranties

We provide a limited warranty on our repair services as specified at the time of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship for a specified period and may vary depending on the type of service performed. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Issues unrelated to the original repair.
• Repairs or modifications made by others.
• Normal wear and tear.

Product Warranties

Products sold by Bravö Automotive may be covered by manufacturer warranties. We do not offer additional warranties on products beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BRAVÖ AUTOMOTIVE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS, OR BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, LEGAL, OR SAFE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAVÖ AUTOMOTIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR USING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bravö Automotive and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Services;
• Your violation of any term of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
